The Breakfast

A full breakfast is served in the formal dining room and is included in the price of your room unless other arrangements have been made. Juice, coffee, fruit, an egg dish (which could mean omelets, waffles, French Toast or an egg casserole), a breakfast meat (sausage, ham or bacon), and sometimes a pastry or cake. Homemade breads and jams are often served. Hot and cold cereals are available upon request.

Adding to the relaxed atmosphere our table is set with Old Country Rose china, Godinger crystal and silver plate serving pieces and silver ware. Only cloth napkins are used.

We encourage you to linger at the table and have that second cup of coffee.

Prefer tea? We can accommodate that request. We try to cater our breakfast to your desires and diet.

Would you prefer to have your meal on the porch or patio? We would be happy to serve you there.

Are you leaving early or don’t have time for a formal breakfast? Ask about our Snack and Pack Breakfast. We will provide a continental style breakfast in the upstairs hall so you can munch while you shower and prepare to depart.

Our signature dish is Crème Brule French Toast. It is served often but not daily.

Candlelight is used at breakfast for the couples celebrating their wedding night or anniversary.

Enjoying breakfast with someone in town? We will discount the rate if you do not desire to have breakfast.

Have the family and friends in town you are visiting over to enjoy breakfast with you here at The Yorkshire B&B. We can accommodate up to 10 people and only charge $5.00 (plus tax) per visitor. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is necessary.
